As a strategic leader and revenue generator, I created a division that successfully handled the site acquisition, due diligence and permitting of more than 300 store and shopping center sites throughout the Midwest over a five year period. As an attorney, I have personally handled the acquisition, site investigations, zoning, permitting, incentive negotiations and other entitlements activities on numerous industrial facilities throughout the country. As principal involved in two start-up companies in the renewable energy fields, I developed business plans, pro-forma’s and established access to capital markets to initiate major new developments. As Director & Exec VP, for a $60 million AEC firm, I had full P&L responsibility for seven business units. |
